Sheikh Atia Mohammad Salem tried to comply with Sheikh Al-Shanqiti’s methodology in his interpretation, thereafter, Sheikh Atia agreed in some points and disagree in others such as: interpretation’s orientation, the scientific nature in interpretation, and how Sheikh Al-Shanqiti’s linked his interpretation of verses to reality and priorities rhetoric Bu eser Müslümanlar arasnda önemli bir kesim tarafndan sadece bir tefsir kitab olarak deil, ayn zamanda bir eitim metodu olarak kabul edilmitir. The study has reached conclusions, listed by its importance: Sheikh Al-Shanqiti’s methodology in his interpretation was uniquely deep, comprehensive and encyclopedic, and the use of multiple Qur’an interpretation’s sources, however what counts against him are methodological and academic matters related to structural, documentation, Qera’at, Israeliyat, and discussing the vogues. Muhammed Ali es Sâbuni’nin Safvetü’t Tefâsir adl tefsiri, çada bir tefsir olmas sebebiyle Müslümanlar arasnda hzla yaylm bir tefsir olmutur. This study includes the completion of Sheikh Al-Shanqiti’s interpretation by Atia Mohammad Salem to highlight the academic value of this completion through comparing it to the academic value of Sheikh Al-Shanqiti’s interpretation. Which is Sheikh Al-Shanqiti’s interpretation entitled “Adwa’ al-Bayan Fi Idah al-Qur’an bil-Qur’an” through introducing the author and his book, in additions, to illustrate his methodology’s features and the scientific value of Sheikh Al-Shanqiti’s methodology by highlighting the scientific notes, methodological notes, and his unique techniques which worked for and against him.
Abstract: This study discusses a modern Qur’an’s interpretation within the varied library’s interpretation.
